Carnival is definitely a ‘we’ thing; and all of us as Kittitians, whether we be mass makers, artists, organisers or financiers, we all have an important role to play.  National Bank is proud to assume its role as a responsible corporate citizen and a promoter of all things National through its support of the Inferno Carnival Troupe, winner of the “Best Overall Troupe” title for Carnival 2005/2006.

While calypso speaks to the events of the day, our folklore speaks to the days of old, embracing our rich ancestry: a lot of Africa, a hint of Carib and a touch of Europe. Carnival in St Kitts would be incomplete without the call of the African drum, the eerie faintness of the flute that we struggle to hold on to, the masks and feathers of the masquerades and the formality of the parade. Carnival brings our people together, reminding us of our common past and connected future.

Who is INFERNO?

INFERNO is a Carnival Promotion company whose principals have been involved in event planning, management and coordination for over 5 years. The INFERNO team is a fusion of professionals, designers and experienced carnival people who are focused on providing the Ultimate Carnival Experience. Their main objective is to introduce to the nationals of St Kitts a new experience and to raise the bar of St Kitts Carnival, putting us on a level to compete with other Caribbean Carnival celebrations.
