Mr. Junior A. Jules holds a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) in Computer Science (Hons) from Alabama State University, and has over twenty years of experience in this discipline. Mr. Jules has received career related training, facilitated by Microsoft, in areas such as SQL Server Database, Visual Studio (C# and Visual Basic), Software Development Best Practices, Web Servers and Cloud Computing.
Junior Jules joined St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Ltd in 1991 as a teller, and then returned in 2002 as a Software Developer. Since then, he has held senior positions in the Management Information Systems (MIS) Unit of the Bank, which includes Head Developer, Senior Manager and Executive Manager.
Prior to joining the bank, Mr. Jules worked as a programmer for CaribFX in the online gaming industry, where he created casino games and provided the required support. After leaving CaribFX, Mr. Jules joined the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) where he was employed as a Systems Analyst/Administrator. He later migrated to the United States and joined Client Soft, a software solutions company in Hawthorne, New York. Mr. Jules held the post of Customer Support Representative for a Rapid Application Development (RAD) tool in the company.
Mr. Jules also served as a part time lecturer for over ten (10) years at the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College in subjects such as Software Engineering, Relational Databases and System Analysis.
He currently holds the position of Officer in Charge of the MIS Unit with responsibility for leading the MIS team in the creation of new systems, applications and processes to enhance and support the objectives and operations of the Bank. Mr. Jules is also responsible for mapping out the ICT strategy and policies that are required for the protection of the organization, and strategizing for the future in an effort to meet the Bank's goals.
