Paula Morton joined the bank in 1992 and over the past 30 years has performed in various roles within the credit function (as a Lender, Operations Manager and Senior Manager) and as a part of the Bank's management team. She currently holds the position of Chief Credit Risk Officer and is primarily responsible for the bank's lending operations.
Ms. Morton has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computing & Management from City University of New York's Lehman College and designation as a Certified Credit Professional from the Jamaica Institute of Bankers (endorsed by the Mona Business School of the University of the West indies and the Chartered Bankers of Ireland) as well as a Diploma in Banking from the University of Wisconsin - Graduate Banking School.
Over the years she received extensive training locally, regionaly, and internationally in lending, collections, credit risk and related financial disciplines.
