Mr. Victor Boyce holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science (First Class Hons) from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados and an MSc in Economics and Finance from the University of York (United Kingdom). He is currently pursuing his ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) designation.
Victor has over twenty years banking experience, starting as a teller in 1994 and working his way through various senior roles, culminating with Director & Team Lead, Corporate & Commercial Banking in 2017, with a large Canadian based financial institution, located in Barbados. He has significant lending and credit adjudication experience having spent nearly 15 years in this area. He also has extensive cross cultural experience having worked in various locations across the Caribbean and in Toronto, Canada.
He is currently the Chief Credit Risk Officer with responsibility for leading the Bank’s Credit Division (Retail and Commercial Lending).
