This initiative, in collaboration with various high schools and tertiary institutions within the Federation, aims to equip young people with essential tools and life skills necessary for their future careers.

The enhanced Work Experience Programme is designed to help students prepare to transition to the work environment.

Key Highlights of the Programme include:

  • Practical Experience: Students will gain hands-on work experience in the daily operations of various departments within the Group.
  • Mentorship: Students will receive guidance and support from experienced professionals, to foster personal and professional growth.
