Card Benefits
Visa Card benefit services allow the cardholder to access Insurance certification, transfer customers to the benefit experts for claims and emergency medical assistance. Transfer to the Visa Reward program experts. Transfer to the personal concierge assistances. Use of the toll-free number.
SKNANB Visa Platinum offers Price Protection which helps you to bet the best price you can find on most products purchased with your card. Simply pay for the entire product with your card. If you see a printed Advertisement or Non- Auction Internet Advertisement for the same product (same model and same model year) by same manufacturer in the same market* within 30 days of the date of purchase, we will refund the difference up to the benefit amount per item and per account per 12-month period.
Coverage is up to $500 per item – Maximum of USD2,000 per account per 12-month period.
What is not covered?
- Products purchased for resale
- Merchandise for which claims have not been initiated within 4 calendar days of discovery of an internet site, advertising the lower price, or publishing of a printed advertisement showing lower price,
- Used, antique, recycled or renewed or rebuilt art, antiques, or rare one-of-a-kind items,
- Jewelry
- Airline tickets or transportation tickets of any kind.
- Stuff or mounted animals,

Coverage is limited to the cost of the item up to USD$5,000 per incident/maximum of USD$10,000 per account per year.
Platinum cardholders can benefit from security and safety offered. If the cardholder purchases something with their platinum card and the goods are damaged or stolen within 180 days of purchase, you are protected.
What is not covered?
Any items purchased with your Platinum credit card except the ones specified below are covered for a full 180 days from the date of purchase indicated on your credit card statement.
- Lost items or items that mysteriously disappear are not covered.
- Items lost, stolen, or damaged, miss-delivered while under the care and control of a third party or common carrier, included but not limited to airlines,
- Postal Service or other delivery services.
Coverage is limited to USD $5000 per event and up to USD $10,000 per account per 12 month per period
As a Platinum Card customer, you have Extended Warranty Protection which doubles the free repair period under the original manufacturer’s written repair, additional year or eligible warranty up to one additional year, on eligible products with manufacturer’s warranties between three months to three years. What is not covered?
Boats, automobiles, and other motorized vehicle, used, rebuilt and re-furbished items.
Protects our Platinum cardholders and their beneficiaries in the case of accidents or medical emergencies occurring outside of the country of residence or where the card is issued. For this service, the beneficiary must have purchased an international travel ticket from a transportation company with an eligible Visa Card issued in Latin America and the Caribbean region (LAC). The benefits included in these Terms and Conditions will only be valid for an eligible trip of up to sixty (60) consecutive days from the date of departure from the country of residence or the card country of issuance. If the beneficiary does not show evidence of purchase of an international travel ticket, purchased from a transportation Company or other required documentation, the CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER will only coordinate the medical assistance for the BENEFICIARY and not cover any expenses related to the International Emergency Medical Service. provided that the taxes and fees associated with the international travel ticket issuance are paid for with your Visa Platinum Credit Card will qualify for the International Medical Services as listed below.

- Emergency Dental treatment – USD $100 per tooth
- Medical Emergency Evacuation – USD $20,000
- Repatriation of Mortal Remains USD – $7,500
- Early return or Extended Stay – USD $500

Pay with your Platinum credit card for a vehicle rental and you will be covered for vehicle damages in the event of an accident for rental period up to 31 days. This coverage is only applicable if the cardholder declines the collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or similar coverage offered by the auto rental company. Coverage is provided by AIG.
Who is covered?
The cardholder and any additional authorized drivers designated in the car rental agreement.
Coverage
The coverage provides for loss to a Rental Car caused by the Rental Car’s collision with another object or its overturn. This coverage is “primary” coverage. If the cardholder is unable to decline the auto rental company coverage, the Visa coverage will be “secondary” to the auto rental company coverage and will be responsible for any gap between the auto rental company coverage and the damages for which the cardholder is responsible. Visa Rewards Program is covered if a valid and verifiable rental car agreement has been issued to the cardholder and the entire transaction is charged to the Visa Platinum card.
Note: Cardholder must report any claim within 30 days of the incident. The cardholder is the only person allowed to open a claim

Visa Concierge can help you plan your trip from start to finish with anything related to travel such as airport transfers, hotel reservations and booking, city tours, auto rental, etc. as well as make recommendations to your itinerary and help you figure out your best travel options.
Cultural information
Provides information on local city events and attractions such as concerts, theater, and sporting events overseas. Also provides information on your destination prior to travel including essential cultural information such as protocol and etiquette. Restaurant referrals and reservations. Access to a broad network of distinctive dining restaurants domestically or while traveling overseas. If you are looking for that special restaurant with a panoramic view for a unique dining experience, we can refer you to the proper facility and assist with reservations when available.
Assist cardholders with information on restaurants such as location, type of cuisine, hours of operation, attire required, pricing range, general menu options, etc. Entertainment information and arrangements. Assist with ticket referrals for opera, ballet, theater, concerts, sporting events and museums.
If information is not enough, we can assist with tickets arrangements and pre-paid dinning arrangements.
