upgrading its Core Banking Systems, marking a major step forward in delivering a faster, more
secure, and digitally advanced banking experience for customers across its network.

This upgrade reflects the Bank’s continued commitment to innovation, operational efficiency, and providing modern financial solutions tailored to the evolving needs of both retail and corporate
clients.

As part of this upgrade, customers will benefit from a range of enhancements designed to improve
convenience, speed, and control over their banking activities. Key changes include:

Enhanced Digital Banking Platform: A transition from existing Mobile and Online Banking
services to a new, unified digital banking platform offering a more seamless and user-friendly
experience.

Improved Business Banking Capabilities: Corporate clients will benefit from a unified digital
banking platform offering enhanced domestic and international payment processing as well as
payroll and bulk payment processing. Key features also include secure multi-user access and realtime monitoring of all account activity.

New Account Numbers: Customers will receive new account numbers for Savings, Chequing,
Term Deposits, and Loan facilities (where applicable). Existing (Legacy) account numbers will
be retained and ensure continuity during the transitional period.

The upgraded system introduces several advantages, including enhanced efficiency, advanced
digital features, expanded reporting & analytics, and strengthened security controls.
