Jacqueline Hewlett received a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Modern Languages and Linguistics, an Executive Diploma in Management, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Distinction) from the University of the West Indies. She holds an International Certificate in Banking Risk and Regulations, and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). She holds the designation of a Certified Internal Controls Risk Analyst (CICRA), and a Certified Business Continuity Strategist (CBCS).

Prior to working in the financial services sector, Jacqueline spent several years as a teacher of French and Spanish. Her work history includes serving as the Head of Supervisory (Internal Audit), then as a member of the Board of Directors at a credit union in Antigua. She was also employed as a Compliance Specialist at a large indigenous bank in Antigua for several years.

Jacqueline is currently the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer with responsibility for the Group’s AML/CFT Compliance, as well as its Enterprise Risk Management programme.
